Return & Refund Policy
Mushroom World Ayurveda
At MushroomWorld Ayurveda, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product safety, hygiene, and quality. Since our products fall under the category of wellness, ayurvedic, and consumable supplements, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
This policy is in place to protect product integrity and ensure customer safety.
No Return / No Refund Policy
All purchases made on MushroomWorld are covered under a strict no return and no refund policy after successful delivery.
We do not accept returns or process refunds for:
- Delivered orders
- Opened or used products
- Consumable wellness or ayurvedic supplements
- Orders placed during promotional or special sale periods
- Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference, taste, or expected results
Exceptional Cases
In very limited and exceptional situations, we may review a request if:
- The customer receives a damaged product
- The customer receives the wrong product
- The package is significantly tampered with at the time of delivery
- There is any genuine issue that can be verified by our support team
Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee approval for a return, replacement, refund, or any other resolution.
Review Process
If you believe your case qualifies for review, you must contact our support team with complete details.
Please share:
- Full name
- Order number
- Registered phone number / email address
- Clear description of the issue
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, and product received
- Any other relevant proof requested by our team
All requests will be reviewed internally by the concerned team. After examining the details and evidence provided, MushroomWorld Ayurveda reserves the sole right to decide whether the request is valid and whether any resolution will be offered.
Return Shipping and Related Costs
In cases where our team approves a return review or asks for the product to be sent back for inspection, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and related costs, unless otherwise communicated by MushroomWorld Ayurveda in writing.
Submission of the product for inspection does not mean the refund or replacement has been approved.
Resolution Rights
After review, MushroomWorld Ayurveda may, at its sole discretion:
- Reject the request
- Offer a replacement
- Offer store credit
- Offer any other suitable resolution, if deemed appropriate
A refund will only be considered in rare cases where the issue is found to be genuine and eligible under internal review standards.
Important Note
Many of our products are consumable in nature and may affect individuals differently depending on body type, lifestyle, diet, consistency of use, and personal health conditions. Therefore, we do not accept refund or return requests based on:
- Change of mind
- Product taste or smell
- Personal dislike
- Delay in visible results
- Individual expectations not being met
